The editors of The Wall Street Journal set the record straight on the different governance of the News and Editorial divisions at the Journal, the different standards of ethics at the Journal and the Times, the Times' tendency to try to hide behind the Journal's skirts, and more broadly, when should a newspaper refrain from publishing a sensitive story, especially in wartime.
