The "test" he's talking about is, quite simply, forcing all who call themselves Muslims to "get with The Program"--that is to say, to follow the text of the Koran as it is written. And that text says that Jews are the descendants of pigs and monkeys and that Mualims are to "fight and slay the infidels wheresoever [they] find them." [Surah 9:5]
